Essential cookies and storage

BWS uses essential cookies or browser storage where necessary to provide requested services. These may be used to:

• keep you securely signed in to the customer portal;
• protect accounts, payments and forms against fraud or misuse;
• remember a checkout or payment reference while your account is being connected;
• maintain security, load balancing and core website functionality.

These technologies are necessary for the service to work and cannot always be switched off through the website. You can block them in your browser, but parts of BWS may then stop working.

Stripe and other service providers

When you use payment, authentication or hosted service features, providers such as Stripe, Supabase and Vercel may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, fraud prevention, authentication and reliable delivery of their services.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits to our website. It does not use advertising cookies. We no longer load the OpenAI advertising measurement pixel.

Meta advertising cookies

With your permission, we load the Meta Pixel to measure visits to our public marketing pages and successful giveaway form submissions. Meta may receive page URLs, browser and device information, IP address and advertising identifiers to measure and improve our advertising. We do not include your form answers or email address in these events.

Meta may use _fbp and _fbc cookies, typically for up to three months. We remember your cookie choice for up to six months. The pixel is not loaded before you accept optional cookies. Rejecting optional cookies does not affect entry to the giveaway.

You can change your choice using Cookie settings at the bottom of our public pages. Rejecting optional cookies stops future pixel events and removes the Meta cookies accessible to this website. It does not undo data previously shared.

Managing cookies

You can view, delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, checkout or portal features from working correctly.
