What are my options?
Website Essentials is £35/month for your website, hosting and essential support. Website Growth is £79/month and adds regular image and content updates and priority support. Website Pro is £99/month for online ordering, bookings, payments or an online shop.
When am I charged?
Your free preview comes first. When you choose a plan and sign up, your first £35, £79 or £99 payment is charged straight away. There is no setup fee or deposit.
Can I cancel?
Your subscription renews monthly and has no fixed end date. You can cancel at any time; after cancellation, the website stays online through your paid period, then is taken offline.
Who owns my website and domain?
We own the website build while it is provided through your subscription. Your business name, branding and content remain yours, and your domain remains registered to your business. Website ownership can be transferred for £795.
